This is the second of a planned series of small prints - fragments of Lost Angeles - each of which will be the same size, the same price (£44), and in editions of 44. The first was called Upturn, and this print too - Credit Swap - namechecks a facet of the glittering jewel that is our international financial apparatus.
The title of this tiny web shop - Economic Possibilities for our Grandchildren - is the title of an essay written in 1930 by John Maynard Keynes.
Credit Swap is an edition of 44, with two deckled edges and two torn edges; the print is approximately 25cm x 20cm on Somerset® paper from St Cuthberts Mill in Wells. (The paper is approximately 32cm x 26cm.) Despite appearances it is printed with two colours; it's just that one of them is an extremely subtle pearlescent white that can't be seen on a screen.
