This is a variant of the Brown (postal paper) version of the print Tank. Unlike the Brown version, the flames are not red on this print.
Only two copies copy of this brown variant are known to exist. Both variant copies are dated 96 instead on 97 when the rest of the run was printed and are marked AP.Tank Printed on USPS brown packing paper
