Thanks to the brilliant idea of one my long-time collectors, I have recently produced this very large, 32" x 40" contact sheet of Pete Townshend playing at the Fillmore West in San Francisco in 1968. What makes this particular roll so unique is that all of the images are vertical and all of the images are perfectly exposed, both quite a rarity in my long-time experience as a rock & roll shooter. In this size, it's a spectacular and impressive print. It has even surprised me with its power.
"Big Pete" was produced on an Epson 9600 printer using an Ultrachrome pigmented inkset. The guaranteed archival quality is well in excess of 50 years.
The retail price for the remaining prints, numbers 7-10, is $1650, and for numbers 11-15, $1800.
