This factory hand-painted figure includes one body and two heads (L'Amour's Cyco Simon and the Mishka's rotting bear Soviet super soldier), plus an insert with illustrations by Toilet Cobra (Nick Gazin). Sculpting by Lamour Supreme. Header card artwork by Twerps! 25 of these figures were sold to Secret Members, 15 at Secret Base, five at Mishka's NYC store and 15 at SDCC. The "bootleg" title refers to these figures being made in China instead of Japan.
