this print was a give away from Live Nation 12-31-08 for the VIP ticket holders
they were signed by Velvet Revolver minus Scott Weiland, apparently he wasn't in the mood.
they were two displayed behind a counter and we were told to return at the end of the show to get them. at the end of the show the counter was gone and no prints to give out. i was able to get mine from a friend who worked for Live nation about a month later. rumor has it about ten of them made it to the office and the remaining copies disappeared from the show.
