Our next poster for sale is an officially licensed limited edition silk screened poster celebrating the 25th anniversary of everyone's favorite cult classic evil clown movie... dun dun dun.. Killer Klowns from Outer Space (1998), featuring artwork by the amazingly talented artist Jason Edmiston. Similar to the Killer Klowns from Outer Space, we believe that Jason Edmiston is an alien who took on human form and came to earth not to cause chaos (Jason is way kind), but instead to inject our human eyes with jaw dropping illustrations.
Killer Klowns From Outer Space was a film that we put on our wishlist and today we can officially scratch that off. This is a great honor for us because for 25 years we've been fans of both Killer Klowns from Outer Space and The Chiodo Brothers. This film is proof that The Chiodo Bros are truly a passionate group of special effects artists / directors. A movie like Killer Klowns from Outer Space couldn't have turned out so awesome otherwise.
This is the 25th anniversary year of Killer Klowns from Outer Space and who better to commemorate an anniversary poster like this than artist Jason Edmiston. Jason has done illustrations for more entities than you can think of. Most recently Jason has created the album art for The Misfits' (my favorite band of all time) new album Dead Alive!. When we first talked about this poster with Jason, it was important to us that it had a similar taste to the original posters from 1988. Jason has captured this look-and-feel flawlessly and we really you folks will be happy with the end result. Here's to 25 years of celebrating the Chiodo Brother's cult classic Killer Klowns from Outer Space!"
