Its a limited edition of 36 of each venue and all together goes to make up a landscape inspired by Willy's tune 'The Restless Fugitive'. All originated as a pen and ink drawing.

The press imprint is call the Twisted Head Press. They dont have plugs on them and are all hand or foot operated. Although one has an option of attaching a steam engine.
One of the press' I've brought back to life was originally from Manchester Magistrates Court. I like to imagine it was used to churn out hundreds of 'wanted' posters of Salford Scuttlers (Victorian Hooligans). The reality is probably notices to proceed to demolish a bit of our architectural past nailed to signposts. Either way the function is the same. It was a way of getting a message out there. The bed size is 3ft x 2ft. So its capable of some large prints. The other smaller press was from Bulmers in Hereford, the cider makers. It was used to produce the labels in the very early days. Cross referencing Bulmers incorporation date of 1918 and material recovered with the press it seems to stack up.

Its on sale via the tour venues at the moment but will be on sale from my website on the 6th December 2012 at 1300hrs GMT at:
