The painting came about through a stream of consciousness sketch fest late one night while half watching some B grade horror films … ( I usually sketch on the couch ) Anyway, I saw the image in my mind’s eye and dashed it down before it slipped away… It’s kind of a parallel universe movie still, using one of the most ridiculous monsters to grace the silver screen. Robot Monster. The original was acrylic on wood and was sold in Australia.-glb
