This image was originally made for cover of the Fall 2012 Issue of Freehub Magazine. As I was drawing the image I was getting more and more excited to see it as a print as well. Luckily Freehub were down with the idea (thanks Brandon) so here we are! There is a few minor differences between the preview image and the actual print. First of all the base silver color is actually a metallic ink, which makes it almost look like snow or ice. Secondly, the fade behind the trees had to be a half-tone pattern in the print because it wasn't possible to do a blend of color on that short of an area. So up close it's dots but from a distance it's a fade.
