"Well this design came about because of the rivalry between Archer and Barry. Their rivalry reminded me of another famous spy rivalry; white spy vs. black spy from MAD magazine. As a kid I used to go into the grocery stores and look for the magazine and skip straight to the Joke & Dagger Dept. to see what kind of crazy inventions they would come up with so I guess it was kind of an ode to spy vs spy using one of my favorite shows." - beware1984
