The Blue Starlite Mini Urban Drive-In was screening the entire Twin Peaks series in Austin in September 2011, and they commissioned Tim Doyle to produce a poster for the series! Tim realized he actually already HAD a Twin Peaks image ready to roll! Doyle made quite a few tweaks to the original image, adding in a split fountain and some extra linework on Laura’s face and various other details.
They printed a small edition of only 100 of these, signed and numbered- the majority went to the theater!
