Dates on the card are Feb 14-15, but Phish was in Los Angeles CA on Feb 14. The poster has the correct dates of Feb 15-16 listed.Exact quantity unknown. 500 came as part of a limited editon of 500 signed & numbered boxed sets of cards from Ames On September 7th 2004, unnumbered sets were offered by Ames on their website, so the quanitity of this item was known to be more than the 500 originally included in the limited boxed set edition. Addtionally, cards may have been used by Ames as promos since Flatstock.
In mid-October 2004, information appeared on Bigpop's site stating that 250 unnumbered sets had been created for promotional use, and that 87 of these sets were left over and sold on the site starting in September 2004.Also on 9/7/04, a Smokestack Box was issued, and the image shows this card being included in those as well.In conclusion, it is certain that at least 750 of these cards were printed, and that figure does not include the ones shipped with the Smokestack Box, or any individual cards which may have been used for promotion.Johnny Vegas
