"‘the Big Lebowski’ is one of my favourite films. This whole idea came about from discussing how the Dude was a classic reluctant hero and one of the best examples of the ‘Reluctant Detective’. As the dude says -’he just wants his rug back’ - next thing you know he’s looking for a missing woman, making money drops and getting assaulted by nihilists. From out of that came the idea of a ‘Dude’ themed detective shield." - heartjack
