"Knox" final. Silkscreen ,18 x 28 inches on Wausau Bright White. Layers of Blues and metallic silvers. Ode to the amazing Joe McPhee's recording of the tune of the same name from the "Tenor" album. Recorded in a Swiss Farmhouse, the music has a noir -ish yet improvised quality that took my breath away when I first heard it thanks to my friend Ken Vandermark. So this print is an ode to the musician, and the song.
