DVD: It has been a pleasure to work closely with Kvitrafn on the Wardruna piece. He initially sent me a sketch, the basis being three women / nature spirits with specific Samstav Runes flowing from them. The symbol in the middle of the composition is Wardruna’s personal rune and the snake is an adaptation of a serpent spiral. It’s very inspiring to work with a band so deeply rooted in nature and tradition.
