These posters were all printed from linoleum blocks.It takes many long hours to even begin to print a design using this method. A fairly detailed block takes about 8-10 hours of carving. Because of the hand crafted method each print is truly unique. The semi-anemic quality of the ink-transfer is what creates the print's character and instantly-aged look. Most of the prints I do are 18 x 24 inches or smaller and use no more than 3 colors. Short print runs of course!
