For those who don't know, 'diamond dusting' is a process by which finely polished crystals are adhered to the surface of the print artwork. The 'glitter' effect is not in the ink. you are seeing a layer of fine crystals on the surface of the print. It isn't a 'new' process. Andy Warhol was doing this 30 years ago.
