25 were printed for sale, and 5 were printed specifically for the band. These were given to a crew member at the show and it is assumed that they were then passed on to the three members of Primus and the two additional musicians who joined them for a couple of songs that night. There are a few artist proofs as well which are being given away with the first few orders for the regular edition prints.
