"This is a mixed media original art OG using screen print inks and hand-painted enamel paint.
Signed, dated and numbered 1/1 by the artist aelhra.
Support is Strathmore 400 Series Textured 107-110 with hand-deckled edges. This is heavy-weight fine art paper, fully archival.
This thing has been nicely worked by the artist!
The green paint under Nixon's face adds a weird creepy glow to his visage. It was really hard to photograph and is actually 200% cooler than I'm able to show.
It's also pretty cool that the artist worked "black-on-black". The art paper is black, so aelhra painted in white and green to offset the center (from the black paper) THEN screened the Dick In Heat image over the paint - the effect is that it looks as if the portrait is emerging from the black background. This dude knows what he's doing!
When you angle the piece in strong light, you can see all sorts of hidden detail in the "black-on-black" areas."With those honeys in town, you'd be in heat too!
