"This design started out as a small graphic to print only on a sticker. Just because I wanted to do something around town when I had nothing on my hands. I thought stickering was a good option… When the design was finished some friends told me it could also be really nice for a t-shirt, so I modified it a bit, took the transfer paper and the press at my job en people really seemed to like the result. The design itself was inspired… well I guess that’s obvious? I wanted to put a lot of symbolism in a totally meaningless graphic. Hence the triangles the universe and all seeing eye references. As another basic principle I wanted to build the whole thing out of simple geometrical forms and make it almost symmetrical. Simply because I like symmetry and geometrical forms in graphics and I wanted the whole thing to have a sort of old school look and feel."
