"When I was a kid, my parents took me and my sister to the Natural Museum of History. One showcase displayed a big black feathered bird - a raven. I've seen Alfred Hitchcock's again and I remembered that stuffed animal; how I felt looking at it. This design is a little bit of All Hallows Eve and Swabian-Alemannic carnival. It is a wild flapping scarechoir, roused by a raggedy conductor."
