"I wish there was some sort of epic story about this, like a genie armadillo came to me in a comatose dream after I wrestled a feral child for the last nilla wafer or something... but truth be told, I have no idea what this design means or what made me come up with it. I guess I like leaving things open to interpretation. That sounds a lot cooler than saying to myself one day "You know what? I have NEVER drawn an armadillo before. I think I'll give that a whirl. And what the hell, let's throw a magic lamp in there too."
