Done by artist New Zealand artist Sam Broad for night 1 @ Radio City Music Hall. Sold at show. Sold @ 2 merchant booths in lobby. Booth 1 sold even numbers, booth 2 sold odd numbers. No tubes were supplied, just rubber bands. Hand numbered but not signed.
