Bouy was born in the Bois-Colombes “Dove Woods” suburb of Paris, France. He studied under A. Bourson in Belgium, at the Academie Julien in Paris and The Ecole de Beaux-Arts. He was particularly known for his pastel works of women of Paris high-society. Contact
