Mylar corners don't seem to work as well as I thought.  After a year or so, I found that the corners give way and the print slides down between the mat.  Bummer!  Not I stick to japanese paper henging which seems to be flawless thus far.

The wire straps on the back of the print may give way if the frame is no real light.  I had it happen twice.  I suggest using mutiple wires.

The wire straps on the back of the print may give way if the frame is no real light. I had it happen twice. I suggest using mutiple wires.

Finally, not discussed of the original post, but those handy dandy framing nail hook things.... Dispite thier design, they do fail after a while. I recommend just using a serious dry wall screw and anchor.
