Image Submittal Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines when submitting images to the ExpressoBeans database. Image and new art submissions that don't follow the guidelines below may be rejected, and are likely to take longer to be approved as they will require extra time of the volunteer team.
- Images should be .jpg or .gif file format.
- Images should be rotated to the proper viewing angle.
- Images should be tightly cropped to the nearest edge or corner of the art on each side.
- Images should be reduced to a maximum 800 pixels wide x 800 pixels high (after cropping).
- Do not submit thumbnail or tiny images - they will be rejected.
- Images should not have large paperweights on the corners of the art.
- Try to avoide the "keystone effect" by photographing art from directly overhead.
