Pre-Print for the Cleveland Allen Theatre showThis rare tour blank was produced to advertise Grateful Dead concerts following the release of "Skullfuck", the Dead's 1971 double-live release, which wound up with the official title "Grateful Dead" and which is sometimes referred to as the "Bertha" album. Some of the blanks are pre-printed with the concert information in the lower section.
