"Hmmm... well what it's based on I'm hoping is obvious... Basically playing on a few things, Dr Who travels through time "portals" so seemed right choice to mix with Portal 2 the game, there is a 3rd part to it that some might not get... it has to do with the title - Portal Who... it sounds like Porta-Loo, which for all you Americans, is the same thing as your Porta-Potty. The Portal character looks like the toilet sign figure and the tardis does kind of resemble a porta-loo :D" - kungfuchook
