"As many of you know, my Winter Wonderland release was a fabulous disaster. Both editions oversold resulting in lots of substitutions and refunds. Not ideal.
One way I tried to knock back the disappointment out there was to replace some of the oversold Special edition with custom pieces. This way folks could still walk away with some art. The last of those were completed over the weekend and shipped out Monday. Now I can't promise I'll be able to do this every time something goes wrong, but I do try to make things right."
