Here is the story of the Ghost of Peacock Forest, as told by the victim, Jimmothy's Uncle Randy:

“Jimmothy loved playing with those damn cars. Every day I would say, you’re gonna get in trouble with those damn cars, you don’t pay attention to anything that goes on around you! He had a favorite car that he played with, a little rainbow van kinda thing, it was the only one he didn’t destroy. Not a scratch on it. Yah, Jimmothy liked rainbows, and I won’t lie, the thought crossed my mind that the little fucker was gay, but who gives a shit, right? I loved him. Well, his friend Marty new he liked rainbows too, and told him about this little place by the junkyard that no one knew about where thousands of peacocks lived. He had never seen a peacock before, but I never let Jimmothy go around the junkyard cuz of all those grease-monkey, kid-touching assholes that eat the garbage there, but that never stopped him from sneaking out. The little shit had the balls to brag to me about his secret missions to the junkyard, sprouting off about playing with his cars in the “Hidden Land of Peacock Forest”. “I pretend the birds are trees!” He would say, “and as the cars drove around, the forest would move, and the colors of their leaves would spread apart, and MAGIC would happen!” And then he told me that there was something else in the forest of peacocks. Something different, but he never could make out what it was, it just always seemed to be watching him, blending in with the feathers of the “trees”. And he said it was big. I put my foot down and wouldn’t let him go back to the junkyard after that. Everything was fine for 2 weeks. And then I found a note Jimmothy had written using his favorite multicolored magic marker. It read, simply, “I like the peacocks better than you. Goodbye.” We searched the entire junkyard and not only did we not find Jimmothy, but we didn’t see a single peacock… Little fucker."
