From Gallery 1988: "Last secret of Comic Con - we were hired by Warner Bros. and Bad Robot to create a special digital print for the convention to celebrate the TV show Person of Interest. We again worked with artist Mark Englert, who created the image above, titled “You Are Being Watched,†to both celebrate the way the first season ended, and the possible future of the show. We don’t know much about how they’ll be giving them away today (Saturday), but we’ve been told that Jonathan Nolan, the man behind the show, will be signing them."
